Juan Alvarado
Juan Alvarado is a Venezuelan-trained attorney whose journey to the United States shaped the mission behind Global JC LLC. After coming to the U.S. during Venezuela’s economic collapse, Juan built his future through hard work, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for opportunity.
Juan joined forces with John Flood to build Global JC by combining their experience, relationships, and resources into one mission: helping companies find dependable workforce support while giving hardworking people a path to stable, meaningful employment.
His background gives him a personal understanding of the people Global JC serves and the businesses that depend on reliable teams. Juan is driven by trust, accountability, and the belief that when good people are given the right opportunity, they can create lasting value for their families, their employers, and their communities.

John Flood
John Flood brings nearly three decades of business leadership, sales experience, and workforce management expertise to Global JC LLC. He is also the co-owner and president of Flood Brothers, a leading commercial services company he co-founded with his brother in 1996 and continues to lead today.
As Director of Sales at Global JC, John works closely with employers to understand their workforce challenges and develop dependable staffing solutions tailored to their operational needs. His extensive experience building client relationships, supporting complex commercial projects, and leading a successful service organization gives him valuable insight into what businesses need from a trusted staffing partner.
John studied Accounting and Finance at Pace University, where he also played football and lacrosse. He believes lasting success comes from helping others, giving back, and treating every relationship with honesty, respect, and integrity.
